Our 13th Year Series – Why we support ABA’s Qui Tam Trial Institute
I will be participating on a panel for the upcoming ABA False Claims & Qui Tam Trial Institute in Miami on April 25-27th, 2022. We have been supporting the event since 2013.
Organizers Michael Clark of Baker Donelson and Joel Androphy of Berg & Androphy, consistently rally the troops who make this event a success. Rising to the occasion, participating attorneys and consultants are known for bringing it all together in an innovative way that draws upon their experience and expertise. Attending will provide a unique opportunity to observe how a mock jury evaluates the evidence, the witnesses and the arguments of counsel. It promises to once again be eye opening to watch it all play out in a mock courtroom and deliberation room.
Learning from and mingling with distinguished members of the bar in a collegial setting has consistently proven invaluable. This high-quality program designed to be accessible and interesting for all attorneys, is nimble and innovative.
